Charge: Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree
Court: Skagit County District Court, Mount Vernon Verdict: Reduced to the infraction of No Valid Operator's License This morning we obtained an important reduction from the criminal charge of Driving While License Suspended in the 3rd Degree to the traffic infraction of No Valid Operator's License in Skagit County District Court. We were able to waive the requirement that our client appear at that hearing, and saved her a trip to court in Mount Vernon.
